1. Service Agreement
By purchasing our website development service, you agree to the following terms:
- Website will be delivered within the specified timeframe
- Client must provide all necessary content and materials
- One-time payment covers the complete website development
- Support period as specified in your package
2. Payment Terms & Refund Policy
- Payment is required upfront before work begins
- No refunds after work has started or website has been delivered
- All sales are final once the website is delivered
- Work-in-progress (work started) is non-refundable
- Delivery confirmation is considered acceptance of work
3. Chargeback Policy
Important: Chargeback Protection
- By making this purchase, you agree that the service (website development) has been delivered
- Unwarranted chargebacks will be disputed with proof of delivery
- We reserve the right to provide evidence of completed work to payment processors
- Project completion includes: website delivered, client access provided, and support initiated
- Any disputes must be raised within 24 hours of delivery via email to admin@nexwebly.com
4. Project Completion & Delivery Acceptance
- Website delivery confirmation via email constitutes acceptance of completed work
- Client has 48 hours to report any technical issues after delivery
- Minor revisions (as per package) do not extend the delivery acceptance period
- Once website is live and accessible, project is considered complete
- Email screenshots and delivery confirmations serve as proof of completion
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information
- Supply all text content, images, and logos in a timely manner
- Respond to requests and feedback within 48 hours
- Provide domain access if using existing domain
- Review and approve work at each milestone
6. Delivery Timeline
- Starter Package: 24 hours from receipt of all required materials
- Business Package: 48 hours from receipt of all required materials
- Professional Package: 3-4 days from receipt of all required materials
- Custom Package: 1-2 weeks from receipt of all required materials
- Delays due to client non-responsiveness extend delivery timeline
7. Support & Maintenance
Support period varies by package. Additional support available at extra cost. Support includes bug fixes and minor adjustments only.
8. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes must be submitted in writing to admin@nexwebly.com within 48 hours of delivery
- We will work in good faith to resolve any legitimate issues
- Chargebacks for delivered work may result in additional fees and collection efforts
